Job Summary
Own a multi-channel revenue-driven strategy with ROI modeling and quarterly planning that tie marketing to pipeline growth.
- Revenue-Driven Marketing Strategy: Translate business objectives into ROI‑driven campaigns across channels, with annual and quarterly plans and ROI accountability.
- Sales Alignment & Revenue Enablement: Align marketing to pipeline targets; build tools and messaging to accelerate deals and improve lead quality.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs, run A/B tests, and build dashboards in HubSpot/GA to reveal actionable insights and lift ROI.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Revenue-Driven Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned to company revenue goals Translating business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives tied directly to pipeline and sales growth Build annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear ROI accountability Establish ROI modeling frameworks to guide investment decisions and growth strategies
- Strategic Campaign Development, Coordination & Execution: Coordinate and execute comprehensive company and client marketing initiatives including campaigns, collateral, webstore content, and digital programs Ensure strict alignment with brand standards, governance, and client expectations Personally contribute to campaign development, messaging, and deployment Drive integrated, multi-channel execution across digital, email, content, social, and events Work with Sales leaders to create various branded merchandise marketing drops to engage current clients, prospects/targets, and strong vertical markets
- Content Strategy, Distribution & Alignment: Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand positioning and target audience needs Oversee content distribution strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and performance Ensure all content is data-informed, on-brand, and aligned with client marketing standards Continuously analyze content performance and optimize distribution channels
- Sales Alignment & Revenue Enablement: Partner closely with Sales to align on pipeline targets, lead quality, and conversion strategies Develop marketing programs that support both new business acquisition and current client growth Enable sales teams with tools, messaging, and campaigns that accelerate deals, opportunities and sales presentations Establish feedback loops to continuously improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Performance Tracking, Data Analysis & Optimization: Establish, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing efforts Establish lead definitions, values and sales engagement strategies Lead performance tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization initiatives Identify actionable insights from data to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into performance via HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other data platforms as needed
- ROI Modeling & Growth Optimization: Define and implement ROI metrics across all campaigns and marketing initiatives Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize spend allocation Develop and execute strategies that increase marketing efficiency and drive revenue growth Continuously improve Marketing Return on Investment (MROI across channels including creating new ideas for establishing stronger ways to connect with large Fortune 500 companies
