Job Summary

Drive in-store customer engagement and education, turning shopper interest into sales while delivering top-tier service and acting as the frontline contact for support.

In-Store Engagement: Build shopper relationships and capture leads on the sales floor.
Product Education: Communicate current promotions and brand messaging to motivate purchases.
Service Excellence: Serve as the primary contact for questions and issue resolution, guiding customers to a positive outcome.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Engage face-to-face with potential customers in a retail environment
Educate consumers on current promotions and brand offerings
Represent our clients professionally through in-store marketing campaigns
Deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clientele
Act as the main point of contact for customer questions and support
Generate leads and convert interest into sales

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn and grow in a team setting
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
Ability to think critically and adapt to different customer needs

Preferred

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred—but not required
