Job Description

Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging Define and evolve positioning for advanced hosting products (VPS, Dedicated, Cloud) Translate technical features (performance, scalability, security) into clear customer value Develop differentiated messaging against key competitors
Go-To-Market Strategy Lead end-to-end GTM for new product launches, enhancements, and pricing/packaging changes Define target segments (developers, agencies, SMBs scaling online) and use cases Partner with Growth and Demand Gen teams to bring campaigns to life
Revenue Growth & Expansion Drive upgrade and expansion strategy from shared hosting to advanced solutions Optimize conversion across the funnel (site, landing pages, in-product upsell) Partner with Sales to support high-value deals and improve win rates
Content & Enablement Develop high-impact content (landing pages, product pages, comparison pages, sales decks) Equip Sales and Support teams with clear messaging and objection handling Create competitive battlecards and product narratives
Customer & Market Insights Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy Gather insights from usage data, customer feedback, and win/loss analysis Influence product roadmap based on market needs
Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success Align pricing, packaging, and promotional strategy across teams Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
