Own and drive project management for internal and external communications initiatives, aligning objectives, scope, timing and resources while keeping stakeholders informed.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Internal Communications, External Communications and Creative teams to ensure project resources, objectives and outcomes are clearly defined, organized and successfully delivered.
- Gains alignment on project objectives, scope, timing and resources.
- Ensures processes are documented and/or process docs are updated.
- Schedules, manages and leads meetings event or project meetings. Meets with project or event leads regularly.
- Provides regular updates on project status, risks and milestones
- Meets with department leadership to regularly assess team capacity, tools, processes and performance. Provides visibility to project progress, obstacles and challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required if candidate has deep and varied experience.
- Experience needed: Three years of project management experience. Events project management experience preferred.
Preferred
- Ability to work hybrid (2 days in office).
- Ability to work a temporary role until April 2027.
