Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the Vantor website as a primary brand and demand-generation channel, maintaining a reliable, accurate and customer-centered digital experience.
Maintain website structure, content governance, publishing standards, accessibility practices and brand consistency across pages and experiences.
Translate Vantor's brand and messaging framework into clear digital journeys that connect audience needs, use cases and solutions.
Develop and optimize campaign landing pages, calls to action, forms and conversion paths in support of priority programs and audiences.
Maintain a disciplined website backlog, intake process, prioritization model and publishing cadence while independently managing multiple priorities and driving work forward with urgency.
Lead SEO execution, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking and technical health (site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data), partnering with developers on fixes.
Partner with Content, Creative, Campaigns and Product Marketing to scope, build, review and launch digital experiences on schedule.
Monitor and report on organic traffic, search visibility, engagement, conversion and campaign attribution; communicate insights and recommended actions.
Use performance data and customer behavior to improve navigation, user experience, content effectiveness and conversion rates.
Support connections across paid media, email, web forms and marketing automation to create coherent journeys and dependable data flows.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands-on experience managing and publishing website content through a content management system in a professional marketing environment.
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking and technical issue identification.
Experience building or optimizing landing pages, calls to action, forms and conversion paths that support campaigns or demand-generation programs.
Ability to use web analytics and search-performance data to evaluate traffic, engagement and conversion, identify trends and recommend improvements.
Strong project-management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage a backlog, coordinate reviews and approvals, and deliver multiple priorities on schedule.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with Content, Creative, Campaigns and Product Marketing partners.
Working knowledge of website accessibility, content governance, quality assurance and brand-consistency practices.

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce and Pardot, or comparable customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms.
Experience managing website content in Sanity or a similar modern content management system.
Experience with SEO and web-analytics platforms such as Google Analytics used for keyword research, technical diagnostics, search-performance monitoring and conversion analysis.
Experience supporting websites for technology, aerospace, geospatial intelligence, defense or another complex business-to-business market.
Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS and the ability to collaborate effectively with web developers on technical improvements.
