Job Description

Responsibilities

Collect, aggregate, and track performance data across music releases, campaigns, and platforms
Support the creation and distribution of daily and weekly reports for Marketing, Digital, and Promotions teams
Analyze key performance metrics across DSPs, radio, and social platforms to identify trends and opportunities
Assist in building and maintaining internal dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
Provide ad hoc analytical and administrative support for ongoing campaigns and short-term projects
Monitor real-time performance and flag notable insights, anomalies, or growth opportunities
Occasionally support content shoots and light editing, as needed
Stay up to date on music, digital trends, and emerging platforms, with a strong understanding of what resonates with audiences

Requirements

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working with large datasets and organizing information in a clear, structured way
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, sorting/filtering, basic analysis)
Strong analytical mindset with an interest in performance metrics and data storytelling
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and willingness to support cross-functional teams
Passion for music, pop culture, and the evolving digital landscape

Preferred

Familiarity with DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) and social media analytics
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau)
Basic content editing skills (photo/video)
