Job Description

Responsibilities

Media Buying across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Google; managing $50k-$75k/day on YouTube.
Forecasting scenarios to hit targets; mapping ad metrics and improving forecasts via CPC and conversion-rate changes.
Data-Driven Decision Making: analyze performance data for ads, landing pages, and offers.
Funnel Strategy: identify underperforming funnel pages to increase conversion rate and revenue.
Creative Strategy: collaborate with the creative team to drive new angles and overall strategy.
Brainstorm new growth strategies and campaign ideas to differentiate from competitors.
Competitor Research: analyze what's working in niches to inspire ads and funnels.

Requirements

1+ years direct response marketing experience
Self-starter with initiative; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Intellectually curious; "That's interesting" drives discovery of what, why, and how
Tenacious and persistent until you succeed
Resilient; able to get up and continue toward goals
Highly analytical and data-driven; decisions guided by data
Detail oriented
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience building ad account structures aligned with CA best practices
Ability to manage 5-7 client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
