Responsibilities

• Paid Search Strategy & Execution
• Own the planning, execution, optimization, and performance of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search platforms
• Develop acquisition strategies that drive qualified traffic, customer growth, and profitability
• Manage substantial budgets while achieving efficiency and ROI targets
• Lead keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bidding approaches, ad copy testing, landing page recommendations, and campaign structure improvements
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, competitive insights, and market trends
• Identify opportunities to scale volume while maintaining efficiency targets
• Partner with analytics, CRM, merchandising, and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience managing large-scale performance marketing programs.
• Experience managing significant paid search budgets and high-volume customer acquisition campaigns.
• Expert proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven experience successfully managing Performance Max and Shopping campaigns.
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, auction dynamics, attribution, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
• Experience managing external vendor partnerships.
• Experience directly managing or mentoring team members.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
