Job Description
Responsibilities
- Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals.
- Monitor hours for on-site staff in Paylocity.
- Approve bills, as required. Submitted to Regional Property Manager for final payment approvals.
- Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants & representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
- Process rental applications & utilize HMGI screening procedures.
- Prepare and maintain resident and property records.
- Report to Regional Property Manager on the status of unpaid rents.
- Coordinate the preparation of vacant units for re-renting, ensure that the unit is kept secure during vacancy, and minimize utility consumption.
- Process leasing paperwork for the new resident and set up resident files.
- Work with the new resident to accomplish a smooth move-in and orient the new resident to the unit and the policies of the development.
