Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the process of driving content through Veeva PromoMats and collaborate with our Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure compliant content for business colleagues.
Support Omnipod 5 Market Access communication plan to drive awareness of the value and affordability of Omnipod 5
Liaison with Omnipod 5 brand team. Supports downstream efforts with field marketing, sales, and marketing with communications for Omnipod 5 and Insulet’s emerging portfolio designed to increase new patient starts and improve pull through of account wins.
Collaborate with Value Communications team and National/Regional Account Directors (NADs/RADs) on marketing collateral (I.e., PVP, Business Review Decks, ad hoc payor engagement initiatives).
Supports the development and refinement of resources for field reimbursement managers, patient services, and trade personnel to enable those teams to communicate a consistent value proposition to their respective customers.
Monitors, data mines and analyzes market access landscape, trends, and develops payer research to create actionable insights that drive market access strategies and ensure Insulet’s ability to secure and maintain broad access.
Owns the implementation of field resources that communicate the status of Omnipod 5 within local geographies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree (preferred field of study in life sciences, business administration, marketing, economics, or related field)
5 years of direct experience in Market Access Value Communications, OR 7 years of combined experience within Commercial, Market Access, and Commercial Consulting roles.

Preferred

Diabetes therapeutic knowledge, operations, and medical device manufacturing experience
MBA or advance degree
Management consulting experience
Managed Care, Strategy, and Institutional insights
