Job Summary

Own Colorado field activation by aligning training, merchandising and events with brand goals and field ops across retailers.

Field activation ownership: support budtender training, in-store support, and visual merchandising while tracking SWAG deployment.
Event and activation delivery: help plan and execute B2B/B2C events and retail programs with post-event insights.
Brand compliance and cross‑functional pairing: ensure consistent brand messaging with Sales and Brand Marketing and administer Brand Ambassador programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the Regional Field Marketing Manager in delivering budtender training, in-store support, and visual merchandising across Colorado retailers
Partner with Sales and Brand Marketing to ensure consistent execution of brand messaging and merchandising initiatives
Support planning and execution of B2B and B2C events, retail activations, and field programs across the Colorado territory
Assist with end-to-end event execution, including coordination with marketing, social, and sales teams and post-event recaps with insights and recommendations
Support Brand Ambassador programs, including administrative tasks, compliance with policies and labor regulations, and tracking of SWAG and merchandising deployment

Requirements

2+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing, trade marketing, or related roles
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Ability to travel within Colorado
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort working cross-functionally
