Job Summary

Own and coordinate field marketing programs from webinars to large events, ensuring scalable processes and effective collaboration with sales, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive engagement and enablement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of field marketing programs and events , including webinars, workshops, executive events, large-scale in-person events, and third-party sponsorships.
  • Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing activities and sales communications.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining sales enablement materials .
  • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and budget tracking .
  • Maintain program documentation, processes, and deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable .
  • Collaborate with sales teams, field marketing managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders .
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to key business partners.
  • Support event logistics and travel-related activities as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing or event marketing experience within a B2B enterprise software or technology company.
  • Experience supporting marketing events and field marketing programs .
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong experience with Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail .
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including managing complex spreadsheets.
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment .
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for events when required.

Preferred

  • Experience with Asana .
  • Experience with Marketo .
  • Experience with Salesforce .
  • Experience with Swoogo .
  • Previous experience in a high-growth technology or enterprise software environment .
