Job Summary

Drive end-to-end short-form content production for automotive culture across on-site shoots and in-post editing.

  • Own edits from rough cut to final delivery for Reels and TikTok on live events.
  • Must-have: 3–5 years shooting and editing across agency, production, or brand contexts with proven performance.
  • Standout: Hybrid skill set—shooting and editing at a high level with on-location speed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit short-form content across social platforms — Reels, TikToks, and platform-native cuts that perform.
  • You understand the difference between content made for a brand deck and content made for an audience.
  • Cover events, activations, and on-location productions. You are on-site, you are moving, and you are bringing back footage that the team can use.
  • Own your edits end-to-end. Rough cut to final delivery. Color, sound, pacing, format. You don't need a producer to tell you when something isn't working.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Account teams on campaign briefs. You translate direction into execution without losing your point of view in the process.
  • Maintain and organize your own assets. Project folders, file naming, export specs, delivery standards. You keep your house clean.
  • Stay sharp on platform trends, formats, and algorithm behavior. What worked six months ago might not work today. You know the difference and you adapt.
  • This role involves working outside standard hours, international travel, and working weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years shooting and editing professionally — agency, production company, brand-side, or independent. Your work speaks for itself.
  • Fluent in short-form. You've made content that performed, not just content that looked good in a review. You understand hooks, pacing, and what makes someone stop scrolling.
  • A true hybrid. You shoot at a high level and you edit at a high level. This is not a role for someone who does one well and tolerates the other.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere.
  • Field-ready. Comfortable operating a camera in run-and-gun environments — events, live action, motorsport, on-location. You thrive when things are moving fast because that's when the best shots happen.
  • Organized and self-directed. You manage your own workflow, hit your deadlines, and communicate proactively when something shifts.

Preferred

  • A genuine passion for automotive culture and motorsport. If you already follow the sport, understand the machines, and feel something when the grid lines up — you'll make better work here than anywhere else.
  • Motion graphics or basic animation skills. After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci are a plus.
  • Experience with drone operation or specialized camera systems (gimbal, high-speed, etc.).

Benefits

  • Health Benefits
  • 401(k) plan
  • Generous company holiday and PTO Plan
  • Weekly Team Lunch
  • A proper espresso machine, a team that actually knows how to use it and genuine opinions about what goes in the cup.
