Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop overarching Microsoft AI narrative for product and industry messaging.
Proactively surface and manage critical industry issues and stories and their relationship to Microsoft AI.
Manage a team to deliver high-quality, high-craft, strategic comms plan and deliverables that communicates the CEO’s vision.
Create and drive simple, clear and high-quality content calendars and program schedules, ensuring visibility and adequate review time.
Collaborate across Microsoft teams to develop storytelling opportunities.
Lead the team in the development of materials for vision memos, Town Halls, and key customer engagements.
Monitor and analyze messaging impact and develop responses across channels.
Draft external and reactive communications as needed.
Lead the community of communication professionals across Microsoft AI to build cohesive messaging and deep organization collaboration.
Lead a team to deliver all internal communications, end-to-end production of town halls and events, including logistics and vendor coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years people management experience.
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field AND 8+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management or related experience
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field AND 10+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management
