Job Description
Responsibilities
- Full brand ownership for ~15 accounts working directly with internal team members. You will own positioning, content direction, content systems, AND day-to-day art direction and client relationship
- Translating business goals into content strategy, then building it into content that scales, all the way from big idea to execution
- Client-facing from day one: leading conversations, building relationships, pitching ideas, getting feedback and strategically pushing back if we need to.
- Partnering with production and internal teams to keep ideas realistic and on schedule
- Flagging risk early, creative, strategic, timeline, or client relationship
Requirements
- 4+ years as an Art Director with documented, independent ownership of both the strategic direction and the client relationship for at least one brand. We’re looking for someone who led and owned the work independently, and not shared ownership with others, or only "contributed to".
- You’ve built strategic foundations that guide a brand’s social and content, not just executed against an existing brief.
- You can speak creative from concept through execution. You’re able to set a clear creative vision, translate it into actionable direction, and lead a team of doers to bring that vision to life.
- You’ve led a client through real pushback and moved them to a better outcome without a manager stepping in
- You love a fast paced environment with tons of growth opportunities, and you can generate an ownable strategic idea fast and under pressure.
- Genuinely energized by variety and pace , you'd rather be pulled in a few directions on interesting problems than sit still on one thing for too long
- You’re comfortable managing a lot of moving pieces at once: multiple clients, projects, timelines, feedback loops, and internal teams, while knowing what needs your attention and what can keep moving without you.
- Fluent in current social trends and what lands with a younger, Gen Z-leaning audience specifically. While our clients range from all age demographics, you have to have a keen eye for trending content and can stay ahead of the curve with where social media and content is going.
- You’re confident navigating client conversations, including pushback, and can clearly advocate for your creative and strategic POV while keeping the relationship strong.
- Strong self-management skills , you’re able to run your own schedule, prioritize across multiple accounts, and stay on top of deadlines independently in a fully remote environment
