Job Summary
Own the local referral-network growth for senior services, balancing education of partners, live events, and CRM-driven pipeline to hit revenue targets.
- Growth Infrastructure: Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, home health agencies, and physicians.
- Community & Education: Lead in-person visits, lunch and learns, and health fairs to keep partners educated and engaged.
- Sales & Operations Alignment: Track activity in CRM, report progress, and coordinate with ops to ensure smooth client transitions and market expansion.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living and independent living communities, home health agencies, hospice providers, physicians and medical practices, social workers and case managers
- Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources to educate them on Always Best Care services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local community.
- Plan and attend networking events, health fairs, senior expos, chamber events, and community outreach activities.
- Coordinate educational presentations and lunch-and-learn events.
- Manage and maintain marketing materials, brochures, promotional items, and community resources.
- Track marketing activities, referral sources, and sales performance using CRM software.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to expand market share.
- Meet established referral and revenue growth goals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing, business development, healthcare sales, or community relations experience
- Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, or related industries preferred
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally
- Frequent local travel (San Antonio)
- Ability to lift and carry marketing materials up to 25 pounds
- Standing and walking during community events and presentations
- Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, or related industries preferred
