Job Summary
Own the resident experience from first inquiry to move-out, coordinating leasing, showings, and renewals while keeping properties ready and compliant, and collaborating with maintenance to deliver a hassle-free living experience.

- Operations and communications with maintenance and office tasks to ensure smooth resident experiences
- Timely responses, renewal notices, move-in readiness, and policy compliance across properties
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for residents and prospective residents
- Assist with leasing activities, tours, and resident communications
- Manage social media content and community engagement
- Respond to resident inquiries and help resolve concerns promptly
- Support move-ins, move-outs, and resident retention efforts
- Assist with administrative tasks, record keeping, and office organization
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure excellent resident experiences
- Ensure complexes and vacancies are ready for showings and move-in dates
- Effectively communicate property features and amenities to all prospects
- Answer questions to all prospects and potential applicants in a timely manner
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of property management or industry related experience required
- Knowledge of fair housing laws a plus
- Proficient with MS outlook, word and excel
- Experience with Onesite software is a plus
- Must be able to physically inspect the properties
- Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Flexibility with working hours and availability for later hours or Saturdays as needed
- Ability to prioritize and possess efficient time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, sales, or event planning is a plus
- Knowledge of project-based section 8 or section 42 experience is a plus
- Knowledge of fair housing laws is a plus
- Experience with Onesite software is a plus
