Responsibilities

Support the execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, trade shows, conferences, and community outreach initiatives
Assist with event preparation, on-site activities, and promotional efforts to help deliver successful campaigns
Work with the marketing team to implement brand strategies, promotional concepts, and audience engagement initiatives
Interact with event attendees, customers, and community members in a professional and approachable manner
Provide information about products, services, and campaigns while creating positive customer experiences
Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, signage, invitations, and promotional content
Maintain accurate records of event participation, customer interactions, and campaign activities
Conduct basic market research to identify audience trends, promotional opportunities, and engagement strategies
Monitor campaign results and assist with reporting on attendance, customer feedback, and marketing performance
Stay informed on industry trends, promotional strategies, and best practices in event marketing and brand engagement

Requirements

Previous experience in marketing, promotions, retail, hospitality, customer service, or community engagement is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Interest in event marketing, brand promotions, customer engagement, and marketing strategy

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
Previous experience in marketing, promotions, retail, hospitality, customer service, or community engagement is a plus
