Job Summary

Own live streaming operations for TikTok Shop events, coordinating pacing, promotions, host support, and post-session insights while tracking key KPIs.

  • Manage real-time rhythm, product sequencing, and promotions
  • Provide operational cues to the host and summarize feedback for strategy

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute live streams in real time: manage product listings, launch promotions, control pacing, and adjust the sales rhythm as needed.
  • Monitor live KPIs (GMV, CTR, CVR, Enter Room Rate, Average View Duration) and flag any performance drops or anomalies immediately.
  • Support the host during the broadcast—provide operational cues, copy/paste responses, and keep the session on track.
  • Assist with pre-live preparation: product sequencing, promo planning, giveaway execution, and post-live wrap-up.
  • Track top buyers and summarize key user feedback for the strategy team after each session.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in TikTok Live operations or e-commerce live streaming.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center and TikTok Live backend.
  • Solid understanding of live KPIs and what drives them.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Glendale, CA (no remote option).
  • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to make quick decisions during live broadcasts.
  • Open to a monthly schedule and long-term commitment.

Preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin—mainly for reading internal briefs from HQ and coordinating with Mandarin-speaking support teams.
  • Previous experience supporting US-market live streams.
  • Background in fashion, apparel, beauty, or DTC e-commerce.
