Responsibilities

Host live-stream shopping experiences, present and demonstrate products, and interact with viewers to drive engagement and sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to strategize content, maintain product knowledge, and ensure live sessions are aligned with the brand’s vision.
Review customer feedback, analyze past live events, and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize customer experience.

Requirements

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with live audiences and address questions or concerns effectively.
Experience in Sales and the ability to utilize selling techniques to promote products and meet sales targets.
Comfortable speaking on camera with a confident and charismatic presence.

Preferred

Knowledge of the fashion industry is considered a plus.
Experience hosting TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or similar platforms is preferred.
