Job Summary
Own and scale physician-referral marketing by leading integrated campaigns that engage referring clinicians and alignment with institute leadership to grow referrals and downstream revenue.
- Growth & engagement: Drive digital-first physician outreach, thought leadership, and content strategies to influence referral behavior.
- Channel & measurement: Oversee email, digital media, referral hub, network partnerships, and analytics to translate insights into growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with operations, executives, and service lines to balance strategy, execution, and market knowledge for measurable impact.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referring clinicians, grow physician referrals and support service line growth across Novant Health.
- Serve as strategic marketing lead for physician engagement initiatives partnering with institute leadership, physician enterprise stakeholders, business development, clinical operations and specialty service lines to improve referral access, awareness and physician loyalty.
- Lead integrated, digital-first campaigns to engage external and affiliated physicians, advanced practice providers and referral influencers through targeted communications, thought leadership, digital marketing and physician-focused content strategies.
- Oversee physician referral marketing channels: email, digital media, referral hub webpages, physician network partnerships, thought leadership content and physician engagement platforms.
- Translate marketing analytics into business action; leverage physician-targeted media, digital engagement strategies, audience segmentation and performance optimization to influence referral behavior and measurable growth.
- Ensure campaigns drive measurable business outcomes including referral growth, appointment conversion and downstream revenue impact.
- Collaborate with operators and executives; balance strategy, execution, relationship management, analytics and healthcare market knowledge.
Requirements
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelor\'s Degree, required; Graduate Degree, preferred
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in brand management or marketing, marketing analytics or insights, or creative or media agency environments, including 1-2 years of experience in a people or project leadership role, required
- Additional Skills/Requirements: Excel and PowerPoint tools
