Own Thesis marketing and community storytelling across social channels, events, and CRM campaigns, from strategy and content creation to measurement and optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own Thesis's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta (and more) from strategy through posting and engagement.
Build a consistent content calendar that makes Thesis look and feel as good online as it does in person.
Spend time in our gyms finding the stories worth telling — client transformations, trainer expertise, workouts, milestones, events, and the everyday moments that make Thesis different.
Film and photograph content yourself. You should be comfortable pulling out a camera or phone and getting what you need. We’ll provide the equipment.
Edit short-form video, photos, Reels, Stories, and other social content from start to finish.
Write copy that sounds like Thesis, not like a corporate fitness brand.
Track what performs, learn from it, and do more of what works.
Build and execute campaigns across the client lifecycle — from prospective client to new client to long-term advocate.
Write and build email and SMS campaigns for lead nurturing, promotions, events, referrals, client engagement, and reactivation.
Build and improve CRM automations so the right people get the right message at the right time.

Requirements

1–4+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content, campaigns, events, or a related role.
Strong social media instincts and a clear understanding of what makes people stop scrolling.
Hands-on experience filming, photographing, and editing content. You don’t need to be a professional cinematographer, but you shouldn’t need one every time we want to post something.
Strong writing skills. You can write an Instagram caption, client email, event invitation, and sales follow-up without making all four sound the same.
Experience working in a CRM and building email, SMS, automation, or lifecycle campaigns.
Comfortable looking at campaign performance and using the numbers to decide what to do next.
Highly organized and capable of taking an event or campaign from an idea on a whiteboard to something real.
Good taste and attention to detail. Thesis is a premium brand, and the work should feel like it.
Proactive enough that you don’t need someone handing you a list of content to create every week.
Comfortable spending significant time onsite at our gyms. The best content isn’t going to come from your kitchen table.
