Own engagement and content quality for a multi-platform social program, turning client objectives into a consistent voice, cadence, and measurable audience interaction.

Own content creation and calendar coordination for multiple platforms to drive a unified brand voice.
Partner with social teams to monitor trends, respond to audiences, and report on key metrics.
Experiment with formats and content types to improve reach and engagement while maintaining quality.

Compose social media content using client-provided objectives and materials
Execute a results-driven social media strategy
Develop and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms
Assist in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content
Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels
Collaborate with social teams to create a social media calendar
Monitor social media channels for industry trends
Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics

Requirements

Has excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and time-management skills
Must be exceptionally disciplined in your approach, willing to reach out to ask questions and confident working on your own. We are NOT hand-holders! We ARE here to guide you on your journey
Listens well and eagerly takes direction and constructive criticism
Is an independent worker and team player
Is highly interested in a career in social media, marketing, advertising or related fields
Is energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
