Job Summary

Drive regional event execution as a Senior Event Marketing Specialist, delivering high-touch, executive events to generate pipeline.

  • Own end-to-end regional event execution across 40–50 annual events.
  • 4–7 years in B2B event or field marketing (SaaS/tech).
  • Experience executing high-touch, executive-level events and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in B2B event or field marketing (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end event execution
  • Experience supporting pipeline-generating sales motions
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing stakeholders
  • Experience executing high-touch, executive-level events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM/marketing tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)

Preferred

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, storage, or cybersecurity
  • Webinar and hybrid event experience with measurable outcomes
  • Experience supporting regional or field marketing programs
  • Exposure to partner and alliance-driven events
  • Ideal: Experience targeting enterprise IT buyers (CIO, CTO, IT leadership)
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders without authority
  • Demonstrated ability to improve event ROI and pipeline impact
