Job Summary

Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of a multi-channel paid media program that delivers a cohesive supporter journey while aligning with Earthjustice's brand, fundraising, and advocacy goals.

  • Growth and Governance: Lead full-funnel paid media planning, multi-channel campaigns, and real-time agency management to meet program goals.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Translate brand and program objectives with SMEs and content teams to create an engaging donor journey and integrate online-offline efforts.
  • Optimization and Learning: Analyze performance, maintain dashboards, and drive rapid test-and-learn initiatives using data-driven insights and adaptive strategies.

Job Description
