Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Revenue-Driven Content Strategy
  • Own the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy directly aligned to revenue targets and organizational growth goals.
  • Establish a unified content architecture that supports brand storytelling, demand generation, retention, and community growth.
  • Build a structured creative testing framework in partnership with Growth to systematically improve CAC and MER.
  • Translate annual revenue objectives into a measurable content roadmap tied to acquisition, retention, and product expansion.
  • Establish performance benchmarks for content across paid media, PDPs, lifecycle, and organic channels.
  • Creative Direction & Brand Stewardship
  • Lead the creative vision across video, photography, UGC, copy, packaging design, and motion
  • Serve as a steward of the Clearly Filtered brand, evolving guidelines, voice, and visual standards as the company scales
  • Champion storytelling grounded in customer insight and the science behind Clearly Filtered’s technology

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, creative leadership, brand marketing, or related roles
  • Experience in product subscription, CPG, or high-growth consumer brands
  • Proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling teams, including managing performance, developing talent, and establishing clear accountability
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and the role content plays in profitable growth
  • Strong creative instincts paired with analytical thinking and comfort using data to guide decisions
