Job Summary

Own the influencer partnership operations and tooling, turning strategy into scalable, creator‑friendly processes and cross‑region execution.

  • Operations & tooling: Own systems, onboarding, and scaled creator support.
  • Strategy to execution: Translate strategy into perks and program updates with cross‑team partners.
  • Creator health and advocacy: Monitor experience, identify friction, and escalate regional needs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the operations and tooling for Riot’s global influencer partner programs, including application systems, onboarding flows, program features, and scaled creator support processes.
  • Translate program strategy into operational execution, partnering with strategy leads and game teams to implement perks, opportunities, and program updates.
  • Maintain and evolve internal tools, working with operations, product, and community teams to ensure they meet the needs of creators and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor program health and creator experience, identifying friction points, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide operational expertise to strategy leads, flagging feasibility concerns, risks, and creator‑experience implications of proposed initiatives.
  • Serve as a scaled point of contact between Riot and creators, ensuring consistent, high‑quality support and communication.
  • Advocate for creator needs across regions and products, grounded in your day‑to‑day operational insights.
