Job Description
Responsibilities
- Determine marketing resource needs for all V&A verticals within the Oncology Business Unit
- Develop value propositions for formulary decision makers with a focus on the Oncology Business Unit
- Serve as member of the Oncology Business Unit Leadership Team (OBULT), representing Value & Access
- Lead Value & Access launch planning for current/future launches within the Oncology Business Unit
- Collaborate with Marketing/Brand teams to determine access marketing resource needs for the Oncology Business Unit
- Co-Design strategic priorities for V&A resources for each brand within the Oncology Business Unit
- Represent the V&A Team in key Brand activities including annual planning, pull-through, product launch
- Work with Marketing/Brand Teams and vendors to review and create pieces aligned with strategy
- Sheppard resources through the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process
- Manage critical business planning frameworks and activities including budget management and executive briefings
