Design and execute account-specific ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) across regions.
Build and maintain relationships with sales teams to translate account priorities into marketing programs.
Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform strategy.
Create and implement multi-channel programs (events, digital, direct) delivering personalized experiences.
Partner with regional marketing teams to align ABM with broader field efforts.
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices.
Track and report program performance using data to optimize and scale.
Manage program budgets effectively, aiming for frugality with high impact.
Collaborate with the global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices.

Requirements

6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, charts and pivot tables.
Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
Experience executing campaigns across multiple timezones and languages.

Preferred

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with global strategic partners.
