Job Description

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of the EST team, including scheduling, databases, and internal tracking.
Assist in drafting the EST newsletter and other communications.
Draft and schedule social media content and design visual assets using tools like Canva.
Help plan, coordinate, and run a variety of events, including webinars, briefings, and public events.
Gather and organize meeting information, including attendee bios, titles, and other relevant materials, and assist with meeting coordination.
Greet and escort meeting attendees and provide logistical support during events.
Assist with production and editing of multimedia content, including podcasts, videos, and presentations.
Conduct research, draft summaries, and proofread communications or publications.
Collaborate with team members on projects and contribute ideas to improve communications and operations.

Requirements

Must hold a bachelor’s degree; progress towards a master’s degree, or a master’s degree, is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in communications, operations, or related administrative support roles (internship or coursework experience acceptable).
Prior experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, or similar platforms) and drafting professional digital content is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms for creating infographics, banners, and other visual content.
Video editing experience (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or OpusClip) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to follow directions, take initiative, and contribute creative ideas to improve content and workflow.
Ability to work collaboratively within a small, dynamic team and communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools preferred.
