Job Summary
Own the data-driven demand engine for law firm partnerships, combining market scoring with ABM and long-cycle content to generate qualified pipeline and deal flow.
- Market Segmentation & Targeting: Build a formal model of the US law firm market and maintain the ideal-firm profile with the M&A team.
- Demand Gen & Campaigns: Own end-to-end demand generation, a scalable playbook, and channel mix to accelerate qualified conversations with M&A.
- Analytics & Enablement: Create the funnel and attribution framework, empower SDR/MA teams with outbound assets and deal narratives.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Market Segmentation & Targeting: Build segmentation model, define ideal firm profile, and maintain data infrastructure for sharp targeting.
- Demand Generation Strategy: Own end-to-end B2B demand gen from first touch to qualified M&A conversation, with a scalable playbook and KPI-driven channel mix.
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and run ABM campaigns for firm owners and attorneys across paid, outbound, email, and social; lead paid campaigns and grow presence in the legal community.
- Content & Positioning: Develop content that speaks to succession, AI implications for practice, and network onboarding; build nurture programs; partner on organic social.
- Analytics & Attribution: Own data and reporting for pipeline, CAC, funnel conversion, and contribution to acquisitions; turn insights into targeting and messaging actions.
- Sales, SDR & M&A Enablement: Align with SDR/M&A on handoffs and pipeline targets; build outbound assets and deal-ready materials.
Requirements
- Strong track record in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth, or deal origination
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling demand gen programmes that generated measurable qualified pipeline or revenue
- Highly quantitative approach: segmentation models, market scoring, data-driven decisions
- Deep expertise across ABM, outbound, paid channels, email/CRM, and event marketing
- Experience marketing to business owners, professionals, or other high-consideration B2B audiences with long decision cycles
- Proven experience partnering with sales, SDR, or corporate development on lead handoff and pipeline attribution
- Comfortable in a fast-moving high-growth environment with evolving playbooks
Preferred
- Bonus Points: Experience generating deal flow for M&A, roll-ups, franchising, or partner recruitment models
- Background in legal, professional services, or marketplace businesses
- Experience at an AI-native or AI-first startup
- Exposure to the US legal market
