Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation campaigns that contribute to lead generation and pipeline growth.
Coordinate digital marketing activities, including paid media, social media, email, webinars, and industry marketing programs under the guidance of senior marketing team members.
Assist with creating and updating campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, social posts, and promotional materials, ensuring messaging aligns with business objectives.
Organize and maintain marketing content libraries, keeping campaign assets current, accessible, and properly distributed across marketing channels.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development Representatives, Product Marketing, and Product Management to support campaign execution and gather feedback.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights to help improve future marketing programs.
Assist with coordinating vendors, agencies, and event logistics as needed to support marketing initiatives.
Follow marketing best practices and contribute ideas for improving campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate, polished work and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Foundational knowledge of demand generation and digital marketing principles, including account-based marketing, social media, paid search, digital advertising, and emerging channels, with the ability to apply established processes effectively.
Demonstrated content creation and editing skills, including the ability to interpret brand guidelines, maintain consistent messaging, and translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content for varied audiences.
Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and firm deadlines while maintaining quality.
Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and business concepts quickly; working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Salesforce CRM is required. Familiarity with creative or editing software is preferred.
