Job Summary
Owns the CMO’s operating tempo and cross-functional inbox by coordinating calendar, travel, and high-sensitivity communications, while driving logistics for marketing projects and executive-level interactions.
- Calendar governance: prioritize requests, resolve conflicts, and keep stakeholders updated.
- Executive comms and coordination: screen calls, draft/proofread messages, and liaise with internal/external partners with discretion.
- Operations glue: travel planning, expense processing, meeting logistics, and cross-team project tracking.
Job Description
Owns executive admin and cross-functional support for the CMO, focusing on discreet handling of sensitive information, calendar mastery, and project coordination across marketing initiatives.
- Calendar & Stakeholders: Manage the CMO’s calendar and prioritize requests across internal teams, external partners, clients, vendors, and executives.
- Operations & Communications: Screen calls, draft emails and memos, and maintain professional communications with discretion.
- Travel & Expenses: Arrange domestic/international travel and process executive expense reports and related budgets.
