Job Summary
Shape messaging and market strategy for a services portfolio by translating offerings into ROI that resonates with target buyers, then align with Product, Delivery, and Sales to plan launches, enablement, and renewals.
- Own service go-to-market planning and pricing/packaging decisions to drive adoption and attach rates.
- Turn complex services into customer value stories, ROI tools, and sales enablement assets for multiple segments.
- Coordinate with Product, Services Delivery, Sales, and Success teams to ensure messaging consistency, win/loss insights, and ongoing lifecycle influence.

Responsibilities
- Develop clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging for services offerings (e.g., professional services, managed services, support, consulting, lifecycle services).
- Differentiate services based on customer outcomes, ROI, and business impact—not just features.
- Tailor messaging by customer segment, industry, lifecycle stage, and buying persona
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new services launches, service bundles, and pricing/packaging updates.
- Partner with Product, Services Delivery, and Sales to define launch plans, offer readiness, and success metrics.
- Support upsell, cross‑sell, and attach‑rate strategies tied to product and platform adoption
- Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, FAQs, and ROI tools.
- Train sales and partner teams on services value, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
- Support strategic deals with tailored messaging and value justification
- Conduct customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive assessments specific to services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or solutions marketing, preferably with services or recurring revenue offerings.
- Experience supporting B2B sales teams and complex buying cycles.
- Strong storytelling, messaging, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to turn technical or operational services into clear customer value
- International and domestic travel, up to 50% in a month
Preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
