Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the local community, its needs, opportunities, and key stakeholders.
Cultivate relationships with community members, leaders, donors, organizations, and partners.
Expand IAC's reach by engaging new audiences and strengthening community connections.
Serve as a visible and professional representative of IAC at community events, meetings, and initiatives.
Maintain an active presence on relevant social platforms and community channels to identify trends and engagement opportunities.
Develop and execute programs and initiatives that advance IAC's mission and community impact.
Identify opportunities and create innovative engagement experiences that address community needs and provide unique value.
Establish clear goals and continuously refine initiatives based on feedback and outcomes.
Build strategic partnerships that strengthen community engagement and expand IAC's reach.
Plan and execute programs, events, and initiatives that deliver meaningful community experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Strong connection to both Israeli and American identities and familiarity with Israeli culture, community, and current affairs.
Strong understanding of or demonstrated interest in the Israeli-American and/or Jewish community.
Proven ability to build relationships and engage diverse audiences.
Ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into well-executed initiatives.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage workload, priorities, calendar, and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work comfortably with volunteers, community leaders, professionals, participants, and organizational leadership.
Strong operational and administrative skills.

Preferred

Experience in the Israeli, Jewish, nonprofit, education, community-building, or related sectors is a plus.

Benefits

Full-time employees working 20 plus hours per week shall be eligible for insurance benefits (medical, dental, vision, & life) following the new hire waiting period.
