Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee team budget tracking and reporting
Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and supplier set-up processes
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial documentation and payments
Partner with Finance team on budget pacing, forecasting, and variance analysis
Serve as primary Marketing point of contact with Accounting
Own media trafficking across digital and linear channels
Support updates and optimization of Google Business Profiles
Respond to ongoing media vendor and sponsor requests in a timely manner
Assist with management and coordination of the media agency, including deliverables tracking and communication
Help ensure campaign assets and placements align with approved plans and timelines

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field Required
4-6 years Experience in digital paid media advertising at a media agency or in-house media team
Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (ex. DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Analytics, etc).

Preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills preferred)
