Job Summary

Own a strategically focused marketing and communications function that blends brand stewardship with hands-on, multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, referrals, and culture across internal and external audiences.

  • Lead cross-functional campaigns across email, digital, and partner communications to support growth and engagement.
  • Align leadership messaging and internal communications to maintain brand voice and organizational culture.
  • Measure and optimize performance with a focus on referrals, engagement, and brand health.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated marketing and communications strategy across internal and external audiences.
  • Act as strategic communications leader and brand steward to strengthen awareness, engagement, referrals, and culture.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including email nurture streams, referral partner communications, digital marketing initiatives, organizational announcements, and internal employee communications.
  • Oversee marketing workflows and prioritization to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify communication needs and opportunities while maintaining brand standards across channels.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects to meet deadlines and organizational goals and evaluate performance to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or related field required.
  • Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, brand management, or related leadership roles.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, internal communications, and multi-channel communication strategies required.
  • Demonstrated project management and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including email marketing systems, CRM tools, and marketing analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences including executives, employees, referral partners, consumers, and community stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make informed optimization recommendations.
  • Commitment to maintaining brand consistency and organizational messaging standards.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience developing nurture campaigns, B2B marketing strategies, and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working within healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
