Responsibilities

Lead creative copy across campaigns, launches, and storytelling to bring Fin’s brand and products to life with clear, bold language.
Translate complex product and technical details into benefit‑driven narratives that differentiate Fin in the market.
Partner with brand and product marketing to define messaging strategy and ensure consistency across channels.
Drive creative excellence and set tone and quality standards across the studio.
Mentor writers and editors, including freelancers, with hands‑on guidance and feedback.
Present and defend creative concepts to senior stakeholders with strategic rationale.

Requirements

10+ years of copywriting experience, ideally including B2B SaaS or tech
A portfolio blending conceptual range with craft mastery from big brand ideas to crisp executions
Strategic and creative thinking with ability to shape narrative frameworks and refine every word
Expert writing, editing, and proofreading with AP Style and UX writing best practices
Experience influencing senior creative, marketing, and product stakeholders
Comfort in iterative, fast‑moving environments balancing speed with excellence
Proven ability to mentor and inspire other creatives while staying hands‑on

Preferred

Familiarity with design tools like Figma and writing for design alignment
Experience with AI tools to streamline processes and collaborate with teams
