Job Summary

Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives from research-driven persona insights to multichannel activation, including segmentation, content strategy, A/B testing, and partner management.

Lead customer retention programs and lifecycle initiatives across Email, SMS, Loyalty, and Subscription
Develop audiences, dashboards, and performance analyses to drive retention and growth
Collaborate with copywriting and design to ensure on-brand, effective content

Responsibilities

Develop holistic understanding of our customer personas via independent research and partnering with other teams
Pitch new content ideas that drive customer retention & topline revenue
Make strategic decisions on copy and design, in partnership with copywriter & designer.
Make strategic decisions on audiences, in partnership with Director
Identify areas of opportunity across customer journey and execute via Email/SMS, Loyalty and/or Subscription program
Manage external agency and contractor partners, ensuring they’re delivering on time and on brand
Develop content calendar for Email/SMS, Loyalty and Subscription program
Experience building out complex segmentation. Build accurate audiences & maintain consistency across sends
Create and maintain weekly and monthly lifecycle dashboards
Assist with cohort analysis and performance tracking

Requirements

4–6 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, email, or retention marketing, ideally for a fast-growing subscription business in the D2C ecommerce space
Experience with Email & SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Postscript or similar
Strong comfort with data and spreadsheets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience managing external agency partners and contractors
Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem
Experience in DTC, CPG, beauty, or wellness is strongly preferred
