Own or coordinate marketing and admissions efforts to drive census with a compliant payer mix, while aligning with facility operations, PDPM and HIPAA requirements.

• Growth: Collaborate with the Administrator to hit census goals and manage daily outreach to case managers, social workers, and physicians.
• Operations: Maintain physician/case manager contacts and ensure proper admission documentation for PDPM compliance.
• Community & Compliance: Represent the facility at local events and stay current on Medicare/Medicaid rules.
