Job Summary
Own and scale a high-velocity marketing function that links a $15M ad spend to revenue, with full-funnel ownership and tight ROAS discipline across paid, creative, and automation.
- Own the full-funnel strategy and cross-functional org, aligning to revenue goals and KPI cadence.
- Build and optimize lead generation and nurture engines that feed thousands of inbound leads and compress close times.
- Own attribution, reporting, and ROAS discipline from ad click to revenue, with tight collaboration with sales and creative.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a 40-person in-house marketing team across paid media, creative, content, email and web
- Own the full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness through conversion and retention
- Translate company revenue goals into clear marketing strategies, budgets, and KPIs
- Direct an $15m annual ad budget across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels with relentless ROAS discipline
- Build and optimize lead generation engines that feed thousands of inbound leads per day to sales
- Own attribution, tracking, and reporting that connect ad spend to closed revenue
- Continuously test and optimize landing pages, funnels, offers, and creative to maximize conversion
- Partner with sales to align messaging, lead quality, and handoff for maximum yield per lead
- Build automated nurture and sales systems that compress time-to-close
- Uphold and elevate the Grant Cardone brand across every channel and touchpoint
- Drive a high-velocity creative engine — rapid launch, test cadence, and creative iteration
Requirements
- Proven track record leading marketing at a high-growth direct response, education, or consulting company
- Deep expertise in paid media at scale (managing $1M+/month in ad budget)
- Mastery of full-funnel marketing — lead gen, conversion optimization, email/automation, and analytics
- Strong command of attribution, tracking, and ROI-driven decision making
- Experience leading and scaling a 20+ person marketing team
- High degree of proficiency in lead generation for B2B teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-development skills
- Experience owning a marketing P&L or full revenue contribution line
- Master of Revenue Operations and driving performance from ad click through sales conversion
