Job Summary

Own end-to-end influencer relations and experiential events for Pixi Beauty, coordinating strategy, vendor partnerships, guest management and on-site execution across marketing, PR and digital teams.

  • Build and maintain influencer ambassador programs and event reports
  • Manage venues, vendors, budgets and guest lists
  • Deliver events on brand and drive creator engagement

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Influencer & Creator Support
  • Support relationships with influencers, content creators and agencies
  • Maintain influencer ambassador list and generate growth and event reports
  • Event Management
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events from concept through completion
  • Ensure all events align with brand goals and deliver seamless experiences
  • Event Strategy & Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and digital teams to maximize event impact
  • Drive awareness, creator engagement and press coverage
  • Vendor & Partner Coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or event coordination (beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and experiential marketing
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva, Adobe Suite or project management tools a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive
  • Solutions focused and a natural problem solver
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Preferred

  • Beauty, fashion or lifestyle industry preferred
