Job Summary

You will own healthcare client partnerships, leading strategy, growth plans, and physician engagement initiatives across multi-channel marketing programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day contact for assigned healthcare clients.
Develop annual marketing strategies, campaign plans, budgets, and growth initiatives aligned with client objectives.
Present strategic recommendations, marketing plans, performance reports, and analytics to client leadership.
Identify opportunities to expand agency services and deepen client relationships.
Ensure exceptional client service while proactively resolving issues and exceeding expectations.
Coach, mentor, and support healthcare outreach team members as assigned.
Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
Conduct one-on-one meetings, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations when supervising outreach staff.
Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, administrators, referral coordinators, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
7–10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, healthcare account management, physician outreach, healthcare business development, or a related client-facing role.
Demonstrated success building relationships with physicians, healthcare executives, administrators, and practice leaders.
Strong strategic marketing, business development, and client management skills.
Experience interpreting CRM data, referral analytics, and marketing performance metrics.
Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems, project management platforms, and marketing technologies.
Leadership experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, physician outreach, and industry events.
