Own hands-on design support in a traditional print and digital marketing mix, balancing production tasks with creative concepting for Lamar’s corporate marketing team.

Production & asset prep: print materials, binding, packaging, shipping, and light photo edits using Illustrator and Photoshop.
Creative development: brainstorm, mock up, and clearly communicate design ideas for print and web assets.
Collaboration & deadlines: coordinate with the Marketing dept and deliver tasks on schedule while staying aligned with industry developments.

Print, cut, bind, pack, and ship materials as needed
Light photo editing and cropping
Create sales materials using template files
Brainstorm, mock-up, and communicate design ideas
Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
Work in a friendly, open environment with a range of creative professionals (print & web design, advertising, public relations, event planning) in the Marketing Department at Lamar’s corporate office.
Learn about new and exciting developments in the advertising industry from a leader in the business

Requirements

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop)
Working knowledge of design principles and file setup for print and web applications
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail
High School Education or equivalent is required
Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design – Junior level preferred
Portfolio Upload or Website Link is required for consideration.
The Fall 2026 semester schedule requires at least 10 consistent in-office hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 8am-5pm

Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Docs) is a plus
