Job Summary
Own property operations and tenant lifecycle for multiple properties, balancing leasing, maintenance, and compliance with strong software fluency and tenant communications.
- Property Operations: Own management of assigned properties, leasing office, rent collection, keys, and move-in/out coordination.
- Tenant Relations: Manage resident communications, social media, and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Compliance and Tech: Ensure rule adherence and master Entrata and Happy Inspector app usage for inspections and workflows.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Manage the leasing office
- Coordinate monthly rent collection
- Make and organize keys
- Serve as team leader during the move-in and move-out processes
- Demonstrate mastery of Entrata software
- Demonstrate mastery of "Happy Inspector" App for final apartment walk-through's
- Manage resident communications and interactions
- Oversee social media
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
Requirements
- Proven work experience as property or community manager
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
