Job Summary
Own paid social growth through Meta and TikTok with a test and learn rhythm, scaling TikTok and influencer-driven demand for our at home test kits.
- Growth ownership: Paid social strategy, budget, targeting, and creative on Meta/TikTok, plus a rigorous test backlog.
- Creator ecosystem: Recruit micro-influencers, manage recruitment playbook, and spark/whitelist assets for paid social.
- Measurement and optimization: Regular analyses of campaigns and influencer analytics to drive CPA/ROAS and engagement ROI.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy for paid social and test and learn roadmap
- Manage paid media campaigns on Meta and TikTok, pulling the levers on media spend, targeting, creative, and bid strategy
- Manage all paid asset briefs and creative on each platform, ensuring creative and campaigns perform well on a CPA and ROAS basis
- Identify key insights through regular analyses of campaigns to determine opportunities, issues, and test opportunities
- Scale our new TikTok program and identify key optimization and creative opportunities
- Recruit content creators and micro influencers as part of monthly campaigns to drive discovery and demand for our at home test kit business, managing the program as a direct response program
- Develop and track influencer analytics, determining level of spend, return, and engagement yielded from influencer campaigns
- Manage briefs and recruitment playbook, identifying the influencer strategy that works well for our brand and products
- Work with influencers on sparking/whitelisting assets on paid social that show promise for improving our paid economics
- 6+ years experience in paid social (Meta and Tiktok) campaign management
- strong technical foundation working in those platforms: tracking, optimizing, reporting
- Proven campaign management against CAC and ROAS targets with comfort managing 7-figure paid media budgets
- Creative and analytical: ability to create reports in Meta and identify performance trends
- Experience with organic social data tracking on platforms like Sprout Social, Dash Hudson
- Some experience in influencer marketing as a growth channel and familiarity with sparking/white listing
- Familiarity with influencer recruitment platforms like Aspire and the TikTok creator marketplace
