Job Description

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end paid social execution across Meta and TikTok for both brands
Run creative testing programs to find winners and scale them profitably
Manage CPA, ROAS, and blended acquisition metrics against aggressive growth targets
React fast to performance shifts and reallocate spend to protect efficiency
Partner cross-functionally with brand, ecom, and retail teams to align paid strategy with broader business goals
Stay current on Meta and TikTok platform updates, ad formats, and best practices

Requirements

3-5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, primarily in-house at a DTC brand
Proven scaling experience at a $20-30M+ top-line ecommerce brand (not just early-stage startups)
Deep Meta and TikTok media buying expertise, including creative testing and rapid iteration
Experience owning multi-million dollar monthly paid social budgets independently
Category background in beauty strongly preferred; supplements, wellness, or personal care considered if scaling proof is strong
Cross-functional collaborator who thrives working alongside brand, ecom, and retail teams
Passionate about the craft: follows ecom paid media podcasts, platform updates, and industry trends closely
