Job Summary

Own the K-12 product marketing roadmap and positioning, guiding awareness, adoption, and growth for educators and learners.

  • Lead cross-functional launches with marketing, sales, editorial, and technology to align priorities and resources.
  • Set and track KPI like adoption and ROI, and optimize tactics using analytics.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing PMM team through clear goals and ongoing feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Manager of Product Marketing is a key member of the K-12 team working to develop culturally authentic language learning products for educators and learners.
  • The Manager leads product marketing strategy for the K-12 portfolio while managing and mentoring a small team of product marketing professionals.
  • Develop and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies across K-12 portfolio to drive awareness, adoption, and growth
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with marketing, sales, editorial, and technology teams to align priorities, launches, and resources
  • Track KPIs, measure ROI, and use analytics to optimize strategy and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team through clear goal setting, regular coaching, and ongoing feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in K12 education market space
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Strong communication, influence, presentation and cross-functional leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders, agencies and vendors
  • Strong understanding of the K–12 industry/market, experience with education-focused platforms to support engagement and campaign performance
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign or project management tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Candidates must live in Boston (and area) and be able to work a hybrid in-office schedule (at a minimum Tuesdays and Thursdays each week)
