Job Summary
Owns the end-to-end marketing calendar and product pipeline, driving cross-functional collaboration, progress tracking, and leadership updates to ensure timely launches and responsive planning.

- Lead pipeline prioritization and process improvements with data-informed decisions
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the comprehensive Denny's marketing calendar, encompassing all promotional activities, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Culinary, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance) to gather input and ensure alignment on calendar initiatives.
- Manage the new product development pipeline, tracking progress from concept to launch and identifying potential roadblocks or dependencies.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review calendar progress, discuss pipeline updates, and make necessary adjustments.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to inform future calendar planning and pipeline prioritization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within calendar management and pipeline development.
- Prepare and present calendar and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee the effective use of project management tools and software for calendar and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure timely communication of key dates, deliverables, and changes to all relevant teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing calendar management, project management, or pipeline planning, preferably within the restaurant or retail industry.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred
- Experience with new product development processes is a plus.
