You will own end-to-end visual content creation across video, photos, and digital ads, collaborating with marketing to align visuals with campaign goals and trends.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Shoots and edits high-quality photos and short-form videos (Instagram stories and reels, Video Shorts).
- Creates digital ads, social media graphics, and brand-consistent templates in addition to general print and marketing design.
- Support team development of unique visual concepts, script ideas, and map out storyboards.
- Monitors digital platform trends to quickly produce relevant, viral-ready content.
- Partners with the marketing and brand teams to ensure all visuals align with broader campaign goals.
- Maintains and organizes the internal media library of photos, videos, and design files.
- Recruitment Marketing: Design, monitor and support multi-platform digital campaigns to meet division goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or similar field
- Two years of professional experience in video production, graphic design, or content creation.
- Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- - Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- - Hands-on experience operating professional camera gear, studio lighting, and audio equipment
- - Deep understanding of platform-specific aspect ratios, formats, and best practices
- - A diverse portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and editing capabilities
