Job Summary
Drive marketing and outreach for the WCE unit, coordinating campaigns, materials, and online presence to grow enrollment and engagement.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develops, implements and manages a strategic marketing and promotion plan for the WCE unit for classes, programs and services
- Produces promotional materials such as flyers, booklets, and other print content
- Develops and manages social media promotions and presence (e.g., WCE Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Designs and deploys WCE newsletter
- Coordinates updating the unit’s website and course registration pages with WCE staff and Communications
- Promotes programs, classes, and events through social media and website to meet College Standards
- Utilizes Slate, CampusCE, Salesforce and/or similar CRM to promote WCE programs and services
- Collaborates to implement contracts with business and industry partners
- Supports the Director in customized training proposals, contract approvals, and related activities
- Manages contracts and operations for CEUs with administrative support ensuring roster uploads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in workforce development, business related field, marketing, communications, education or other field with business management experience
- Experience in project coordination, employer relations, training, or related work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Facebook, LinkedIn, Hootsuite or other graphic design and social media management solutions
- Comfort learning other new software systems as needed
Preferred
- Experience in workforce development, contract training, higher education, or industry training
- Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or project-management software
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), especially D2L
- Knowledge of local and regional labor market needs
